The ICP is the only global school leaders' umbrella professional organization. Our collaborative work embraces Principal organizations from all regions of the world: Africa, Americas, Asia-Oceana, and Europe. The ICP has formed a purposeful network which develops and encourages opportunities in an inclusive, affiliated, democratic manner.
The core vision of the ICP is “Linking and supporting the international community of school principal organizations to enhance their members learning and the life opportunities of their students”.

World Council meetings are held once or twice annually, providing school leaders from numerous different countries and over forty member organizations, an opportunity to learn from and share with each other. Each Council meeting includes numerous interactive sessions meshed with high quality professional development.
