The report of the LISA project, entitled The Leadership Cocktail: A Highly Contextual Mix asked the core question: "What contribution do leadership styles, attitudes and practices of school principals make towards improvement and effectiveness of a school? More specifically: towards the basic skills of students as examined under PISA?" The report, which was released recently, can be downloaded in PDF format by clicking here. The project was governed by 7 organisations of school leaders in 7 countries in Europe and carried out by a number of university researchers. It was funded by the Education, Audiovisual & Culture Executive Agency of the EU.
